whole sea salt, just enough to taste
half a ripe but firm pear, cleaned and sliced lengthwise

Leek soup with crumbled chestnuts

This soup provides the perfect meal: it’s tasty, slightly sweet, warm, soothing, and smooth. It’s easy to make, leaves you fulfilled, and requires very few ingredients. Here I use oat milk for its mild, sweet taste, and add some dried chestnuts to make this dish a little bit different.

Creamed pumpkin

Part sauce, part soup, part side dish, this creamed pumpkin is versatile, simple and delicious. You can enjoy it as a sauce with almost any kind of pasta and other grain-based dishes. As it’s incredibly smooth, it makes a perfect soup. It can also be wonderful paired with beans.

If you like the rich tastes of autumn, this is the kind of pasta dish you should try.
