It is funny because I just read a French cookbook mentioning this ingredient, so now we know there is almond cream in France. About Sweden I don&#039;t know. I will search. I guess it is available as there is usually more vegan products in Sweden than in France. But as I didn&#039;t know it could exist, I think I haven&#039;t noticed it in the stores. I will tell you. It sounds like a very good ingredient, thanks for this discovery.</description>

Virginie, almond cream is vegetable cream made with almonds (I use Ecomil brand, you might have it in France too). There&#039;s no added sugar in it, but it&#039;s naturally and slightly sweet as it&#039;s made with almonds and it&#039;s great for both sweet and savoury dishes. If you can&#039;t find it in France and want to try it I can send you a carton (200 ml). 
Of course, you can also make it yourself, I do sometimes, but it&#039;s not always so practical.</description>
