Aromatic Himalayan salt with dulse seaweed and rooibos tea

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon flakes of dulse seaweed
1 teaspoon rooibos tea

Aromatic Himalayan salt with dulse and rooibos

Directions

Finely grind all ingredients with a pestle in a mortar (or use a coffee grinder for a finer texture). Store in a jar.

Eric, thanks. I just made it without really thinking about possible pairings, I loved the combination of flavours! Anyway, I used it today to season some very basic oven roasted potatoes and it was perfect. I also would recommend it with roasted pumpkin, root vegetables in general and avocado (look forward to try this). I’m sure many more uses will come up. Suggestions are welcome.
